These terms apply to the public iRide website at yesiride.com. Please use our Contact page for questions.

The app at app.yesiride.com has separate Terms of Service, a Privacy Policy and safety information in its Legal & Safety menu. Those documents apply to app accounts and features. These website terms do not replace them or introduce a paid subscription.

Using the website

You may browse our public pages and use the information for personal purposes. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person or use contact facilities for unlawful, abusive or unsolicited messages.

Content and intellectual property

Our branding and original website content belong to iRide or the relevant rights holders. You may link to our public pages and share links to our content. Republishing substantial parts, selling our content or using our branding to imply endorsement requires permission, unless the law permits that use.

Third-party videos, images, logos and other material remain subject to their owners’ rights and the relevant service’s terms. An embed or link does not transfer ownership or permission to reuse material.

Riding information and safety

Our articles, tutorials and feature descriptions provide general information. They cannot assess your individual ability, health, equipment, terrain or conditions and do not replace suitable instruction or qualified professional advice.

Snowboarding, skiing and other action sports involve risks. Choose activities appropriate to your ability, use suitable equipment, follow local rules and respect closures and official safety advice. Do not attempt a manoeuvre solely because you have seen it demonstrated online.

Weather, maps, webcams and resort information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Check relevant official sources and conditions on the ground. Neither this website nor the app is an emergency service, a guarantee of safe terrain or a substitute for local safety decisions.

Features may change and some may be in development or unavailable in your location. Check current availability and any charges in the app before use or purchase. Marketing descriptions do not guarantee a particular riding outcome, score or award.

We may maintain, change or temporarily suspend website pages. External links and embeds are operated by third parties.
